For all : Attendance at the Scientific Sessions, book of abstracts and certificate of attendance.

For people on-site: Lunch on 16, 17, 18 and 19 March, coffee and welcome cocktail on 16 March.

Note that to ease the attendance of talks from remote countries with different time zones as Spain, we have planned to register the talks so that we can be seen at any time during the conference period. They will remain accessible till March 21th then removed.



1. Register on the platform with your personal information.                                                                                                                                 


2. Once you have registered, fill out the registration form using your email address and password.


3. To check the status of your registration request, you can enter your personal area and access the “Registration” tab.

4. Once you receive your registration confirmation email, the process is complete.

Bank charges excluded. The registration will be confirmed once the entry of the corresponding fee has been verified by the Technical Secretariat.

-Payment gateway. E-payment system is a quick and easy way to pay safely online. We accept payment cards VISA, MASTER CARD and MAESTRO.


Written notification of registration cancellation must be emailed to Esmeeting Spain S.L. Registration cancelled until February 15, 2022, are eligible for a refund of the registration fees paid, less a 50€ + VAT administration charges. Cancellations received after February 15, 2022 will no longer be eligible for refund.


A limited number of travel grants will be available for students after a selection by the international committee based on the information during registration.  Eligible candidates must indicate their interest for such a grant at the time of registration by clicking in the relevant box. Successful candidates will be notified shortly after the submission deadline. Note that this grant will only be provided on the conference site (as a bank transfer to the grantee’s account), so grantees must advance all costs (travel, hotel, registration).
